Reunion

Today was the first rehearsal for the China trip. I had looked at the music for less than an hour this morning. Mom dropped me off at Blair, and though I was late because of a car accident on 65, I got there right before tuning. I don't have a standpartner, which doesn't bother me too much. But I would have more fun sitting with a friend. At least Lillian and Anna sit ahead of me. I am enjoying playing, especially the Strauss pieces. I'm starting to get excited again about the trip. It was nice seeing Dean and Emma again, and I really miss being in the same place with Chris. I want to hand out with Michelle, Lillian, Lindsey, and Anna, too. One thing I'm less excited about is the flights. I will bring The Rest Is Noise to finally read. I might bring something else just in case one book isn't enough.
